I think with the equipment they had they really did a good job. The field manager knew how to do stuff that the installers didn't even know the machine could do. He could make the machine do whatever he wanted.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the whole crew. I think they did a good job. There was no waste of time or anything. They did their work and when the job was completed they cleaned up. They did an exceptional job. I think they should get credit for it because the guys in the field do all the work.
