Dylan was absolutely wonderful through the entire process. I was apprehensive to move forward with making an insurance claim for the roof as I have never made a homeowner's claim before. Worried about premium increases, additional out of pocket costs, etc. He walked me through it all and was very clear and the communication was exceptional.
