They were very responsive, very polite, and kept us well informed of everything they did. They were great to work with, easing our concerns quickly.

They were out immediately when our insurance company contacted them and this was on a Sunday during the highest temperature on record for Olympia!!! They removed the dripping drywall, checked for moisture in the surrounding areas until they were satisfied they had removed all damage, enclosed the damaged area, set up their fans and dehydrators, took a paint chip to match up new paint and left our home in less than three hours leaving their equipment to continue drying the ceiling trusses, floors and walls for the following three days. They returned at appointed time, picked up their equipment. Their knowledge and professionalism was appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone who finds a leak or flood in their home or business 24 hrs a day!

They didn’t want to do the work, period. Other agencies have tested that things are wet, even weeks after they have insisted things were dry. I hope no other home owners need to go through what we have.

The young guy who came out. I think his name was Chris, and the young lady in the office were the biggest help! It was hard to find someone to come out and do the work during COVID-19. They were helpful, professional, and came out and go the job done for me. I was very impressed!

Ripped up what I consider a perfectly good, beautiful teak floor. No replacement flooring was available in that pattern so we have to do an entirely new floor, which I do not find appealing. While they did some good work that was, in my considered opinion, a regrettable choice! Sorry Ace.
