They were very professional, very much on time, and tried to help out in every bit of the process.

Wet flooring was left and inadequate barriers were place during ADS's portion of drying of water, demo and mold removal of my kitchen. More mold was the result of their work. Staff was nice but some seemed lazy when it came to inspecting the areas they were to be working on.

They were really great!

In all fairness, I was very impressed with Jose Flores, my supervisor. He was the only one I met. For the public, I was out of state when they were in my home. I will say, in a matter of hours they were in my home doing their thing. If they had not gotten here when they did, it would have been in a much worse shape. This was just a situation where I was not in the building. If I had been there when it happened, I would have had more control about keeping hold on hardware for my cabinets and the baseboards. Again, since I was not there, they only did what they thought they should do. I have porcelain tiles. I'm sure the water was everywhere, as it flooded inside. They were able to get their tools in and fans to dry out the water. The porcelain tiles do not crack, they chip. I have lived in this house for 27 years, so I know every crack and chip, There are a few more than before. It would be good for people who are around when something like this happens. Most of the time, people will be home looking at their stuff to know what personal items they want to protect. I'm very pleased with the amount of work they did and the speed they had with taking care of things. Jose Flores was very professional and highly courteous. I am marveled at how well he did with this, and for being such a young guy!

I would recommend them, but I didn't remember their name.

The supervisor, Chris, was not very nice and spoke to me like I was not a human being. He called me a liar when it came to the damages to my house. I'm in litigation with them now.

Don't expect to get anything back in one piece. They are a tear-out.

If it was Not for your Courteous employees I would not been able to convince the insurance company that the leak was in the wall ... They had a lot more common sense than my Female adjuster did ....

My only complaint was the baseboard in my baathroom was removed and even though it was not wet it was lost in the workman's van and I am not able to reuse it now. Will have to pay someone to cut new base board. Make sue you retain the materials that are torn out.

Prompt and friendly. Took care of the issue as quickly as possible and communicated well with myself and the insurance.
