I had no prior experience with a condition of floodwater in my living space, especially underneath my wood flooring and had concerns the moisture would be too difficult to process. My two ADS techs patiently explained the drying process in detail and immediately assured me they would be present every day to follow through on each aspect of the drying. I was pleased to notice their attention to detail, their willingness to spend extra time when needed with excellent attitude and care even at the oddest hours of the several days the drying process was to require. Geoffrey explained and answered all my questions and fully instilled in me confidence that all would be handled properly, - and it was!

ADS installed barrier walls, with heavy gauge plastic, and extremely large telescopic poles.I called numerous times to have everything taken down, upon completion of the remediation process.Never received a callback,nor did anyone from ADS, COME BACK TO TAKE THE POLES AND PLASTIC DOWN.WE HAD TO PAY THE CONTRACTOR INSTALLING THE SHEETROCK TO REMOVE AFOREMENTIONED.NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH ADS, JOSH AND JASON.
