They started the job quickly and were on time every day. They cleaned up everyday before they left. They had a very experienced crew and had the equipment to replace the siding on my 3 story house. The workmanship was great , this was a big job and it took them 11 business days to finish. If I would have gone with another company , it would have taken a month or more. They are insured. The salesman, foreman all communicated with me throughout the job. It was a turnkey job, they know what they are doing.

First off, I usually wait at least a year to complete surveys of this nature. To date, I am very satisfied with the quality of work done to my home (windows, siding, and eave replacement with entire house paint job and add-on faux window shutters) and will very likely use Advanced Home Exteriors again to further upgrade my home. Mr. Jacks was respectful. He even came out to met with us. I know he is busy, but he took time to meet the old fashion way. He was well-prepared and brought the booklet out to us that other companies did not have. Other companies were just selling product. This booklet had questions with answers in it. It covered the liability insurance, the timeframe for the job and things to do to prepare the home before work starts. It also included things that Advanced Home Exteriors would do. They told us to take down wall decorations so that they would not fall during the hammering. Advanced Home Exteriors is an outstanding company. I have already recommended them to family and friends. They got the job done because of the people they have hired and the products they use.

Work looks good. It’s challenging to get them interested in following up with warranty work though.

There was good communication with Kelly from start to finish. The crew was knowledgeable, and professional. They followed the Hardie siding recommended installation procedures. They painted the cut edges, and installed the flashing between the butted boards. They had the proper scaffolding and equipment to replace the siding on my roof dormers. They cleaned up after he job was completed. The crew also painted the house which went well. I supplied the paint but they would have. Exposed areas were protected before painting. A sprayer or brush was used depending on the area to be painted.
