I hired Advanced Roof Technology (ART) to replace the roof on my house as they were recommended by another roofer and provided a fair price. ART displayed professionalism in all my interactions with them. They showed up on time and kept me informed on schedule status. Once the job started, they worked efficiently to complete the job on time. I was pleased with the workmanship and they made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. ART also helped with very small project (replace attic vent) with my fathers house when I couldn't get anyone else to bother with it. ART is a small business who treats their customers very well. Since ART did such a good job for me with my house, I recommended them for a townhome complex as they specialize in both large and small jobs and would recommend them for anyone else.
