The storm chaser I was working with vanished when my insurance company played games with me (I’m new to the Midwest haha). Devin from Advantage to the rescue. The teams showed up on time and left the site fairly clean. Any changes to the work were managed quickly. Had one small issue with caulking that was fixed next day.

We're very happy with our experience working with Advantage. They replaced our roof, most of the gutters, and some siding that was damaged by hail. Our main contact, Bruce Y., was the absolute best! He made sure we had many options to choose from, kept us in the loop on all the developments, answered our many questions (most of which he anticipated and raised himself), and just made sure we knew exactly how the entire process would go and felt comfortable with everything. There was also some potential add-on work that we considered paying for ourselves that he looked into. It didn't work out due to difficult material requirements, but not for lack of effort on his part. And a really personable and nice guy all around. He's a huge asset to the company.

Don’t use if you have insurance related issues. My roof had hail damage and they had 8 months to get it done and I had to pay for the total replacement.

I would recommend working with Devin Bliayang. Over the course of several months he patiently addressed all my questions, even when I changed my mind on financing and also the various siding products.

I will do that. I can see where you get your high ratting if you have more Justin Wagners in your company.

Lots of things were good but a year and a half to get it done was troubling. 11th hour completion of insurance work was stressful.

They did a diligent job. They could have paid more attention to detail when they threw off the shingles. They scraped the siding of my house. They sprayed some stuff on the house and stained my siding.

The few problems that came up were addressed immediately and fixed properly. We were 100٪ satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the products used. They started servicing my claim with the insurance company in May 2022 for hail damage. They continued with the claim to my best interest, and they were very efficient and very reliable.

This was a very long, drawn out process. I understand that the insurance company was part of the problem, and that there was a very full schedule due to the widespread storms, but at the end not everything was done that we expected.

Oleg was very responsive initially. He inspected our roof at the request of our neighbor as we were out of town when the hail hit. He came to the house and explained everything. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Only concern is - now that job is complete (?), have not heard anything. Is the job complete? Does the City need to be notified? What do I give to the insurance company? Once contacted and final questions resolved, most likely will raise 4 to 5

Maybe recommend to someone that only needs a new roof on their house and garage but for other work, as of now, I would not.

Sam Wood was professional and knowledgeable about his job, answered all questions, handled everything with the adjuster and insurance company. Crew did excellent job on cleanup.
