Jimmy Chavis responded quickly to my request for inspection of my roof. He went over his findings with me and was present when the insurance appraiser came. He was always available when I had questions about the process.

Good communication with what needed to be done and didn’t try to get us to pay for more than what was needed. Told us what we needed to do as far as insurance and when the work would be done.

Advantage Roofing Company did an excellent job! They replaced more than what we were expecting to be replaced. They not only replaced our roof, but we also had a patio that had an old aluminum roof. They replaced the aluminim roof with a metal roof, and they added screens to the patio.

Everything about this project went perfectly. It was the best customer service experience I have had in many many years. I could not be happier with their service, their quality of work, their professionalism, and the completed project! I would recommend them to a hundred people if I knew that many!
