Too many issues such as working after dark which is bad for a multiple number of reasons.

They don't do what they're supposed to. They were supposed to replace my roof, but they left all the rotten wood under the shingles. They changed a few pieces of wood, but covered most of the rotten wood. I've tried to get in touch with them, but I haven't been able to reach anyone.

I am really satisfied. Everyone involved in the process was on time and had great customer service.

He was professional, courteous informative, patient, and I felt no pressure. He thoroughly covered all aspects from start to finish of what I would experience during the process of replacing a roof. He left me a lot of informative reading material to help me go over it with my husband in order to make the right decision. Upon signing the contract, our scheduled appointment was promptly made. The roofing crew and supervisor were very thorough and cautious with my landscape planting and surrounding accessories. They were quiet and not invasive with loud voices or music. They were extremely time efficient and courteous. The material that we used are top quality and the best on the market. The cleanup crew paid attention to every detail. I would like to also add on a side note that my communication with both the owner and the office management was exceptional. The physical labor workers were absolutely outstanding! They were tireless and efficient. Living on a block of 20 houses, out of which now 4 of those homes have affordable roofing, should speak for itself. Hats off to all involved in the process. My contract for a new roof with Affordable Roofing came to about $19,000. After they started the job by taking off the old tiles, they came to me and said they had found an unanticipated problem, which would cost me either $1,200 or $8,000 in addition to the contract price, to finish the job. The $1,200 solution would likely lead to waves in the final roof, and the $8,000 solution would look brand new when done, so I opted for the $8,000 solution of replacing all the plywood. So I had to pay about $27,000 to get my roof done, instead of the contract price of $19,000.

A roofing company that's been in business as long as they claim to have been, should have anticipated such a problem and told me in advance of signing the contract. As a result, I would not recommend Affordable Roofing to anyone else. I don't trust them or think they're honest with customers.
