The salesperson said it would increase the air flow, so I got my air ducts cleaned as well, but I am still having the issue where only half of my house stays heated. My issue is not resolved.

Installation was scheduled just a couple days later and the installation crew was just as efficient. Never! I have had 6 men come into my home to evaluate the problem with my gas furnace. Everyone of them had a different evaluation and said things that discredited the person before them. The furnace I signed a contract for has not worked since it was installed on the 19th of January. It continues to go into default mode and I have been told not to turn it on... they have turned it off by the red box and I consider this a default on the contract. The last man to evaluate asked me if any of the men before him had measured my home. None had. He then measured it and said that the furnace they installed was not the correct size and had to do with it continuing to default. He said that the replacement furnace they were considering was also bigger than I required but THEY decided to go with it anyway. Considering that the furnace they did install has never worked since day 1, I consider my contract null and void. I understand that in NJ there is a 3 day law allowing a contract to be cancelled but considering that the furnace has never worked since day 1, I believe that their inadequacy to install a proper mechanism defaults the contract automatically. If I were to follow the last man's recommendation to downsize to a smaller unit, that would also consider the 1st agreement void. I have also talked to my lawyer, who is a partner with Levinson Axelrod, about this dilemma and was told that AJ Perri is the one who has defaulted on the contract by installing a non-working furnace and expecting me to pay for it. Also, the price they charged me included COMPLETE INSTALLATION but they used all the mechanisms installed with the original installation,,, PVC, gas line and vents, etc, that were already in place. How dare you charge me for something that is in default! I want my original thermometer reinstalled. I want the mechanism that has been installed to be removed and I want you to get your s*** together and not impose such incapability on innocent people who cant afford to finance your errors. How can you justify your own work crew saying that the previous employee did his job incorrectly?... by 5 different employees?? Don't you ever talk to one another? Are all your employees certified... and insured? Take this mechanism out of my home! Cancel my obligation to pay for a default installation and try to prey on another innocent... I'm done with your greed and inadequacy...

I would recommend A.J. Perri to a friend because of how efficient they were while maintaining a friendly environment. I had my air conditioning and heating installed. I am very happy about the speed of the installation. The installers finished everything in a day and were very friendly and courteous.

My job is not complete but I want to complete the survey now.

The salesperson's estimate and measurements were incorrect. I had to pause everything so it took longer for the job to be completed.
