I was very satisfied with the sales presentation and the roof installation. The only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating on this issue is that it took too long to complete related issues after the roof installation.

I had a very pleasant experience. Eric Tovar, Project Manager, made the whole process smooth and answered all my questions and concerns. He explained the whole process and basically allowed me to make a decision to except or reject the proposal. I had no idea that my house roof had any damaged until he went up to evaluate it and showed me the pictures of the hail damage that was found. We were initially very impressed with Alamo Roofing, most especially Aaron Harris. During the job several plants and other items were damaged of which Aaron agreed and promised to repair. That was several months ago and those items still have not been repaired or at least paid for. Very disappointing!
