Their work ethic was terrific from start to finish, and the cleanup afterward was fantastic. I only found one roofing nail after they were done roofing. I was very happy with the product installed Top Notch .But as far as the crew my experience was the worst .They were very sloppy ,my gutters were ruined they actually reinsta!led 1of the gutters pitched the wrong way opposite the downspout , I have leaks in every corner of gutters There were nails all over my lawn my lawn guys tires on his mower were all ruined from all the nails in them . I called and complained about all the problems the sent someone back out and all he did was correct the 1 gutter that was installed wrong he says he set around with magnet again to pickup remaining nails but guess what lawn guy got more nails in his tires . I called salesman and he came out to see the finished job and told me he would have someone call me about damages left that needed to be corrected but guess what No One Ever Contacted Me I have never heard from anyone from this company ! I guess that Customer Satisfaction Means Nothing to Alan's Roofing ! I have other problems with their so called finished product but what's the sense of mentioning it's not like they are going to come back and fix them So take this review seriously and save yourself lots of aggravation

I was incredibly pleased by them. They were fast, efficient, and kept the site incredibly clean. I have never had to hire someone to do a roof. Having a company come in was a little intimidating but they were fantasitc.
