They were very professional and were great to work with. Any problems that arose were addressed.

The workmanship was good, The work was done on time. They were supposed to install an outlet on the exterior of the house, but they didn't. The contractor was sick. They offered a credit, but they weren't able to keep up with the paperwork. That was lost in translation. It ended up being a minor disagreement at the end of the job.

The sales process was very good and low pressure, and the work quality was excellent. They attempted to use a lower quality material at one point that I happened to notice (and they corrected after I brought to their attention), they tried to charge for agreed upon work that wasn’t completed (and they corrected after I brought to their attention), and their demands and insistence to pay within 3 days (despite the contract allowing 30 days) were unprofessional (especially considering the billing mistakes I found). At the end of the day, we’re happy with the work, but I would encourage customers to not feel pressured to pay sooner than necessary in order to make sure they’ve carefully reviewed every single line item in the bill.

The owner, Zak, was great to work with. He was very thorough, patient, and made sure we got what we wanted.

Alco Products Company did an excellent job! Everything was done thoroughly, efficient, and correctly. I had a part of a window that was rotten. They were able to get back there and cut that off and put up perfectly new siding. Everything was put up correctly, even to the braces that hold the gutters against the brick. It was so perfect and didn't look messy like I had before from a previous vendor. The first person I spoke to, Tony Condelli, the design consultant, was furious at what the previous contractor had done. He was really good. The project manager was very professional. They all knew exactly what to do to correct everything. They took all other vendors' horrible stuff down, which was good. It was substandard garbage before.
