They were very professional and were great to work with. Any problems that arose were addressed.

The workmanship was good, The work was done on time. They were supposed to install an outlet on the exterior of the house, but they didn't. The contractor was sick. They offered a credit, but they weren't able to keep up with the paperwork. That was lost in translation. It ended up being a minor disagreement at the end of the job.

The sales process was very good and low pressure, and the work quality was excellent. They attempted to use a lower quality material at one point that I happened to notice (and they corrected after I brought to their attention), they tried to charge for agreed upon work that wasn’t completed (and they corrected after I brought to their attention), and their demands and insistence to pay within 3 days (despite the contract allowing 30 days) were unprofessional (especially considering the billing mistakes I found). At the end of the day, we’re happy with the work, but I would encourage customers to not feel pressured to pay sooner than necessary in order to make sure they’ve carefully reviewed every single line item in the bill.

The owner, Zak, was great to work with. He was very thorough, patient, and made sure we got what we wanted.

There are things they could improve around project management and communications, but we were generally happy with the work.

Alco Products Company did an excellent job! Everything was done thoroughly, efficient, and correctly. I had a part of a window that was rotten. They were able to get back there and cut that off and put up perfectly new siding. Everything was put up correctly, even to the braces that hold the gutters against the brick. It was so perfect and didn't look messy like I had before from a previous vendor. The first person I spoke to, Tony Condelli, the design consultant, was furious at what the previous contractor had done. He was really good. The project manager was very professional. They all knew exactly what to do to correct everything. They took all other vendors' horrible stuff down, which was good. It was substandard garbage before.

Met with one of the owners, he educated us on the type of windows we needed, we signed a contract, put down a deposit, he gave us a timeline, the project manager called me to schedule the day and time for install, and it all happened just like it was designed. The wrong door was ordered/installed. It took months to get the correct door. Also after they did the siding a gutter wasn’t secured back very well and detached from my house during the first rain we had after the siding project was completed.

We've used Alco Products on two different occasions. In both instances the quality of work was superb. The installers are true professionals who really take care to be certain the workmanship is of the highest quality. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly. There were no surprises or hidden last minute fees on either project. In both cases the job was done in the time frame promised and the end product exceeded expectations. I would, and have, recommend Alco Products to anyone looking for doors/windows or siding.

The work was done very well. I am extremely pleased with the results. There are two problems that I have. One is that it took longer to get the work done than expected. The other problem is the existing materials are still in my driveway after two months.

Alco Products Co. did an amazing job on our roofing, Hardie Board siding, Azek siding, gutters, font door replacement, back slicing door replacement, painted window trim, and painted garage door. I found Alco Products by googling Hardie Board siding. I was impressed that the crew is specifically trained how to work with this product. I wanted a product that looked like wood and not vinyl siding. After seeing an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau site, with no complaints, I was ready to give them a call. After meeting with their salesman, Craig D. I was ready to do business. I was really impressed with him. He was professional, had good ideas, and wasn't high pressure at all. He also has really great design ideas and helps you make great decisions. The project Manager, Felipe, was wonderful to work with. He checked in quite a bit, and relayed any changes to the crew right away. He always answered my text messages and is a great communicator. The crew was always on time. They would set up at 7:30am and would leave by 6:30pm. Sometimes they would even stay until 7:00pm. There were many people in the crew, so the job got done before promised time. They were quick, efficient, and were great craftsmen. The crew were hard workers and great people. In December 2020, I started the design processes. Craig helped me pick PewterWood for the roof, Hardie Board in Ceadarmill Aged Pewter for the body color of the house with a 7 1/4 inch reveal, Azek in Mahogany by the front door and for the garage header. The downspouts and gutters are Iron Gray. I kept the corner trim pieces on the body of the house in Aged Pewter. The crew painted my window trim bronze and my garage door bronze(similar to iron grey color). The front door I choose was ProVia Signet Cherry Fiberglass Door Snow Mist on the inside and Coffee Bean on the outside. The back slider door I switched out my 6 foot slider for an 8 foot one. They even rerouted some electrical to make it happen. I am so happy with the outcome. My neighbours tell me how amazing it looks. One of my neighbours is getting their house done by Alco. I hired Alco for a large siding, gutter and window replacement project to the addition on my rowhouse on Cap Hill DC. My sales associate Zak was personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and an overall pleasure to work with. He was patient and helpful in my decision-making and can-do without being too salesy.

The project took longer than expected because of Covid-manufacturing delays, but the team that worked on our project was phenomenal. They were meticulous, conscientious, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They showed up when they were supposed to and left the work area clean. I hardly knew they were there!

Even when we had a bit of a structural hiccup with our older house, Zak and his team brought in an architect to make sure everything was safe and sound. I appreciated the resource so I didn’t have to find one myself.

All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend and hire Alco again!

I could not be more happy with quality of work that was done. The entire process from start to finish was professional, on-time, and we got more than fair value for our money. The one thing I was particularly please with was the option of 0% financing for 18 months. A great way to spread out the payments.
