Additional Comments - I've never worked with a company, especially now. People are so nonchalant and don't care how they do a job. All Clean USA are not like that at all. They are very, very good. I think they are a very good company. The employees are dependable, professional and very kind. They are considerate to you and what's going to be comfortable for you.

When my house flooded and I tried to call, there was no way for me to get in contact with anybody because it was an automated thing that was not working. They were supposed to have come and done whatever they did and bring blowers and some more stuff, but that didn't happen. My adjuster had to be the one to reach out for them to call me back. That was days later.

All Clean has helped us when our house was damaged due to lightning and fire. They cleaned everything out, packed up every single thing, and have handled all the contractors and scheduling all the things for reconstruction. We literally have not had to worry with anything at all.

They were done on a Friday, and he told me they would come out on Monday and pick up all their equipment. I told him that Monday was a holiday and he stated that wasn't a problem; they would still be out. They came on that day, just like he said they would and removed their equipment, even though it was a national holiday.

When they got here, they stated that they couldn't do the job. We called All Clean USA in the afternoon. They told us they had an opening and were here right when they told us they would be. I really couldn't be more pleased with them. From start to finish, they did what they said they would do. All Clean USA was excellent.

The work was done efficiently. However, the offfice side has been terrible from failing to complete repairs to billing.

They were very thorough and responded to phone calls and messages promptly. They were efficient and took the time to make sure I was understanding and that they understood what I wanted. It was a very satisfactory interaction.

Nate was exceptional overall. I have yet to have a company that does work like this, even during the tornadoes and floods. No matter how long it took to get the job done, they were there.
