They are a professional company that came to my aid when I needed them. They treated my items with care and were quick to respond to my needs. They helped recover my home and I greatly appreciate them and how responsive they were in helping me through the process.

Additional Comments - They were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and professional. They answered questions that helped guide me to what I needed to do to recover my home and followed up when I would run into a challenge with my insurance or construction. They helped with water mitigation questions. Jeff always answered and responded. He made sure I was taken care of. He followed up to make sure everything was complete and to check on me and make sure my home was recovered. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I'm sure they would do that for all of their customers.

So prompt to call me back! 11 minutes!

We had a fire in our kitehen on a Sunday. We made a phone call and they were here in a matter of a couple of hours. Being a resort, it is extremely important that when we contact an outside vendor for assistance that we receive a timely response. All Clean USA has always responded very quickly and arrived within a few hours. Their work is professional. It is a standard that we rely on to make sure any damages are taken care of quickly and professionally. Their staff both in the office and in the field are always very professional, friendly, and courteous. We rely on them and have made many recommendations to them to our friends and customers in the community.
