The roofing company applied black shingles the first time despite the customer requesting a brown blend. The representative tried to convince the customer to keep the black shingle, the customer refused, was offered a discount but refused the discount. The second re-roofing was done poorly, gutters were damaged, and the wrong products were used for the J-channel. The company requested further payments before making the repairs.
