The crew exceeded my expectations.

Quality products don’t come cheap, nor does good labor. But I am satisfied that I received a fair deal in our house work and products that could well outlast us, protecting our house for many years. We inspected carefully post-Beryl and everything came through the storm in great shape.

The service and communication I received from Allied was simply outstanding. The salesman was very honest about the terms of their payment plans and where it would cost more for them to do some things (Installing garage doors as an example) then it would for me contracting directly another contractor.

The team was very professional. They communicated well, maintained a good schedule, and had no issues.

The crew at Allied Siding did high quality work, quickly and efficiently. They were prompt each day, kept the work site clean and organized, and they hustled. The siding on my entire house was replaced with Hardie board and painted within a week, faster than I expected. The end result looks great! I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend you consider Allied Siding for siding. I am also very pleased with the Hardie siding, and I am glad I did not choose the vinyl siding pushed by salesmen from other contractors.

I was surprised to see so many workpeople show up. They were organized! Every Job should be treated as a new Job or a new build, just because house is pre existing does not mean that the standards can not be the same as a new build. Contractor comments was this is not a new build and that i was being picky. I feel that if i am spending my hard earn money i should get 100% satisfaction. Some of Allied's customers may not be familiar with construction but some are. Most subject that i am disappointed in is that contract details of what allied was to do during installation of siding was not followed or not read, many times i had to remind crew to install insulation where needed and door and window tape. In addition i had to pay out of my pocket a other contractor to repair brick that was nocked totally out or brick that was lose during window installation. i also discovered one window frame that is cracked.

The job was professionally done, and I have no complaints.

The work was done and everything was great. The only issues was that the paint color was not what we originally thought. 

The reason why I gave a "3" rating is because I'm still missing a screen for one of the windows, and it's been missing now for three weeks. They kept saying they would bring it when they come in, but no one has contacted me. I keep reaching out to Allied Siding & Windows, and they've yet to resolve it.

Allied Siding & Windows-Houston is a wonderful company. I think anyone who uses them will be satisfied with the work.

They have a good sales engagement but when it comes to the installation and the warranty they do not follow up with issues that arise.

They never came back to finish the job.

The company has not finished the project they started last year. The installers broke my 4,000 dollar door and they have not answered any of my phone calls.

We were very happy with the installation and the crew. We were very disappointed with the communication with the central office. We had one window when they installed that was crack. The frame to one was damaged as well. Once these were reordered and it took months to get the installed. There was no communication on how long this would take. My wife called multiple times a day trying to reach someone in the office and no one would answer the phone.

I was very pleased with Allied's service from beginning to end.

I think that Allied did a wonderful job with both the installation of my windows and installation of my siding and I would recommend them to anyone in the Dallas area.

It was perfect, but the clean up was a big problem and there was paint all over. They didn't prepare when they put kiln on. They sprayed kiln all over the windows where the siding was. Other than that okay. They didn't cover all of the window and if the wind blows, it would get all over the windows.

Everything went smoothly.

Very pleasant experience. Workers were very polite and hardworking. Jobsite was kept as clean as possible! Very pleased with quality of work.

The product is great! My only issue was it took months for the completion of the job. We had both a roof and siding done but once the roof was complete, the crew was supposed to paint the areas where nails were used. It took from mid August until the end of October to do the touch up painting.

We were very satisfied with the work. We added other items as we went along, like a gutter system. I was very pleased with the whole job.

They did a wonderful job from start to finish.

We are very happy with the finished product but had some issues after that are still very frustrating. Our garage door was broken during the process and we were instructed to have the door fixed and we would be reimbursed. I forwarded the receipt on 8/31/18 and it's 10/19/18 and I am STILL waiting on reimbursement and have called the office countless times trying to get answers. We also had a few penetrating nails damage the inside of the house and were told someone would be calling to schedule repairs and are also still waiting. I was hoping all these issues would be settled so I could give a glowing survey but realized I'd be waiting for way too long.
