They have poor workmanship.
Shane, Jeff and the rest of the mitigation team were amazing to work with. They were friendly, professional, prompt and very helpful in explaining what they were doing so I felt I was included in the entire process. Ally1 was so easy to work with and did such a fantastic job that I am having them handle the restoration as well.
They have been amazing to work with. They are always on time, always return calls, and never leave me hanging.
They did a great job and were efficient. The only thing I noticed was that they missed a few messes that could have been cleaned up. Dust and small debris in the laundry room but since they didn't set any expectations, I am not sure if this is normal or not. It was my first experience with them.

Ally1 Disaster Solutions did the mitigation. That went fine. Because of the experience with the mitigation, I choose them to do the second part of the job, the reconstruction. I am not really happy with how the repairs are going. As a contractor overall, I don't think I would recommend them.
Ally1 has communicated very well. Liberty Mutual Insurance has transferred us to four different agents since we started this claim, making it take longer to explain over an over. It was difficult due to the agents vacation times, having to explain to the stand in agents repeadily. All of this has taken extra time, which has been a burden to us.

Nice workers, but they clearly are working for the insurance company and not the homeowner. Items that should've been tested and removed, weren't. The delay in treatment resulted in litigation with the insurance, and health issues in my home. I will definitely not be renewing my insurance policy with Liberty Mutual.

Workmanship was good as was the quality of service. A few shortcomings were the lack of communication from the staff (I waited half a day for them to come back, then was told they'd be back another day) and also the distribution of a refund, which I had to keep reminding them of.
