Alpha and Keith Bell did a wonderful job on our roof after the storm tore it up. Keith was always in contact with me, but I think what slowed everything down were all of the communication problems that we had between them and Nationwide Insurance. It took almost two months for everything to finally be completed, but like I said... I blame the insurance company.

You want your property taken care of, and I know it's a messy job, but you have to take of that.

They did the work as best as I know on the roof, but they made one gigantic mess around the foundation of my house. I never saw where they put down any tarp at all. A few weeks later, they did one of my neighbor's yards, and they put down a tarp. They didn't have any trash to pick up, but at my house, I am still picking up debris. I was very disappointed with that. I couldn't communicate with anyone, and there was one man who spoke a bit of English. I even had trash coming down on top of my kitchen stove that went into the vent and came down. I showed that to Keith Bell, the appraiser when he came, and he got it out. It was little things like that that I thought was just not right for them to do. I have a gutter issue, and I need an extension. Kieth told me that they do gutters. He said he would have a man contact me. It has been almost a month, and I have heard from no one. I don't know if I am going to get any results there or not. There is a piece that does not have an extension on it. I have a dutch roofline, and it needs this extension on it because I have a real water problem when we have heavy rains. I would like them to get in touch with me. It is mainly because they did not protect my shrubbery, and I found nails on my driveway. That should never be. I could recommend them, but I would say to be sure to put down a tarp. Kieth Bell was very nice.
