The office staff in Alpharetta are not nice. The attorney we used was very friendly but unfortunately we are normally dealing with office staff until closing. We have a choice (a plethora of choices to be exact) so why would I use an office who does not go out of their way to help us a realtors? We are the ones who give you our business.

C&B has the most comfortable closing locations and clients love the candy and snacks. They do a good job with communication and the process of getting to the closing table. The only negative on my last closing was my commission and my office's commission checks were put in my clients closing documents. I asked about my copy of the paperwork at closing as I was the only one that did not get a folder (listing agent got hers) and was told it would be sent to me electronically. I was a little confused about that but thought maybe my check would be direct deposited and I would just be emailed a copy of the settlement stmt. A day later my clients called and said there were checks made out to me and my office in their closing packet. They were confused about it as well. I had to drive all the way to them to pick up the checks.
