Very professional

Alure gave me the total opposite of what I expected. Nothing was like they claimed to be. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend Alure to Friends based on their cleanliness, creative designs, timeliness, workmanship and courteousness…all of which you can expect to pay for but in my opinion is worth it.

I am likely to recommend Alure to a friend because they were professional and efficient.

We recently had our kitchen renovation done by Alure(the 10 day renovation which was more like 13 business days) It is expensive! And at the end when I notified the salesman and manager about a missing inside drawer I received no response

I will not recommend Alure to a friend. After project was completed, I raised a concern to design consultant and project manager. No response from design consultant or upper management, only project manager responded back.

The values don't match what the representative shows in the contract. They tell you one thing, but when everything starts rolling, it is something else. So, there is a lot of fine print that must be read or understood in order for you to know what you're doing because the fine prints aren't thoroughly discussed while the representative is sitting there.

I had no problems with the workmanship and the product, it was strictly the pricing.

They are excellent.

Our job was supposed to be a 5 day bathroom for each of our bathrooms. Various delays and no-shows, ended up with the project lasting over a month.

If you live in a condo or co-op stay away. Most of their sub-contractors do not respect the building work hours or rules.

The plumbers broke a pipe before the water was shut off.

Design Consultant Follow-up

Design Consultant Follow-up - I needed to call re the external outdoor work on the window that was installed and the crew returned within one day.

They did excellent work. The project manager oversaw the entire project from start to finish and was on top of everything.

The job was highly priced, and the delivery was not exactly to our satisfaction.

Quality of work is excellent, keep to timelines, and Project manager responsive.
