This was everything we expected and more. The crew went the extra mile with the little details that they didn’t have to do.

The salesman did not convey the proper information about the trim to be used or that the amount of shiplap to be used would be less than adequate. The questions and problems I had with the workmanship were not addressed until I was ready to contact the higher up. They did not seem to care about the shotty job that was done. The cost of the siding job for a 1600 sq. ft. home was $25,000. It should have been near perfect for that price.

I am very satisfied with the project that Amazing Exteriors performed on my home. It can be difficult sometimes to find quality contractors, but I think Amazing Exteriors is just that, a quality contractor. Everyone I dealt with from sales to work crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement work.

It took months and months to get the job done. The communication was horrible to let us know why there were delays and we could never get a straight answer on when the job would be done.

For likely to recommend Amazing Exteriors, this is the second time we have used the service. Twenty years ago they did windows and siding for a different house. At that time, we would recommend them to everyone. After this project, we wouldn't recommend them or use them again.

They did a great job. I didn't even have to have them come back for any punchlist items.

Probably not just because of the total final quality of the job. I am a perfectionist to a fault at times and did expect better.

The whole experience was excellent. The quoting was good, the salesperson was prompt, the measure technician was good, and I'd highly recommend him. I wish they had given me what if options, but he never gave me options when quoting. Overall, we are satisfied.

It's a challenge because of the pandemic, and supply issues. There needs to be leniency on the rating. The salesman, Mike McDonald, was amazing. He came out to the house, and did measurements. The followup with April, and the sales manager, was not good at all. The installation was fantastic, and the quality of the door. There is a gap with customer service, and customer engagement.

They were too expensive and the prices were too high.

We just had some issues with their demolition crew and door installation.

It took them 3-4 days. We were a little surprised. We got Marvin Windows and they did repairs on the amazing siding that we had installed 2 years ago.

I ordered my windows and when I ordered my doors they didn't send the same exterior frame. I'm stuck with it. All the guy had to do was look back in records and see what model window I bought. He didn't do it so I had to buy $10,000 worth of doors that didn't match my windows.

I love the windows. They are beautiful and easy to operate. The installation couldn't have been smoother. They cleaned up after themselves, they got here on time and they didn't waste time once they got here.

I love the product, James Hardie siding. The project manager was not a "people person" and the team at the office said they were working on that, so, they knew he was not the most professional person to have as a foreman/project manager. He argued with me on several occasions, spilt paint, let a ladder fall in my rose bush, in addition to some other issues. I had special things written in my contract that "were not supposed to be done" but since they were written in the contract, they did honor them but not without a little push back stating that this should not have been done. There was another very old man on the crew that threw cigarette buts in my yard the entire week they were here. Pieces of roof tile were on the ground which had me a little concerned yet the team was not. The project cost a lot of money so, it would have been nice for it to have gone a little smoother and less stressful. Project started in May when I paid quite a bit down and they did not start until July 6th. It was not completed until the end of August, granted there have been supply issues as well.

Everything they did was beyond what we were expecting. They got it done really quickly. It took less time than they originally quoted.

I am extremely pleased with the windows we selected and were installed. It was installed in a fantastic manner. I am really pleased!

Entire team from sales to installation- helpful, do a great job

It all started with the sales person that came out and gave us our estimate. He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us a few suggestions on color and design. Our project was done in a matter of days and the crew was very friendly and answered our questions and concerns.

Did a great job. Quick, respectful, finished every small detail and cleaned up the site when done. They did great at fixing hidden damage without making a big deal of things. A little confusion between when the order was placed and when they would start but they responded to calls quickly. Overall the house looks better than we expected.

They did a fantastic job. They were very helpful, communicative, and when something needed to be corrected they got it done. I love the outcome and I get compliments from my neighbors. I would recommend them!

Hardy Board is a great product! Not everyone uses it and thats why i went with amazing ext. they use highest quality products.

I would not recommend Amazing Exteriors. We picked one style and they put on a totally different one. Even though I talked to the salesperson and project manager about what we wanted, the construction crew was given a different invoice. He had the right materials but never questioned why his invoice and materials did not match. They only tried to fix it was already installed. Now everytime I look at my exterior, I am disappointed. It was not what I ordered. The crew left paint on my deck, walkway and patio cushions. No, I am not a happy customer.

Very professional, the foreman brought to my attention a leak on the other side of the garage and it saved a bunch of family photos. Really pleased with the crew. They left only a few nails.

Amazing Exteriors Dallas is truly amazing!! Helped us pick a great custom look for our front porch and great job of installing siding on our 2 story home. Crew was friendly and efficient!!! Great company to work with.

The wait time between order and installation seemed kind of long - over 4 weeks, but it was well worth the wait.
