The upfront planning was good. The execution was not as good.

Price and workmanship compared with other competitors was the difference in why we went with Amazing Exteriors.

Because of the experience and being overpriced, I would not recommend them. I thought they had superior quality, but they were more expensive. I thought the workmanship could have been better. I would not recommend them. It would be very unlikely. We paid upwards of $60,000 on this project, and I thought they would make things right with the issues and address those issues. The sheet rock and built-out frame and installing the window backwards. I am not sure how that happened, and I never heard back from them about the painting.

The sales person told me it would take a week or more. The job was completed in three days. Great job by the crew. Happy with the results.With this in mind I feel that the project wasn’t worth the money.

We had previously contracted with another less-expensive company, which showed up to take measurements, then disappeared for six months. I paid a deposit, which they paid back after an additional year or so of showing up to measure (for "ordering") then disappearing again. After the pandemic, they wanted to double the price (again, after two years of blowing us off). The previous company would also only talk to my husband, even though I have building and construction experience and knew what questions to ask. We fired that company, and went with Amazing Exteriors. Amazing Exteriors was completely opposite the previous company - I was treated like a person, and all my questions were answered. They showed up, they measured, and they completed the work quickly. They even painted new colors for us, and our house looks beautiful now. We paid a little bit more than the low-ball bid from the other company, but it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Amazing Exteriors.

We don't want anyone else to go through what we went through. I would advise getting a better contractor because this gentleman and his crew were not good.

I was very pleased. They came in and did everything. I had one mechanic issue, (which I would't have known about unless they told me) and they replaced and repaired it for me. I was pleased with their honesty and being up front with me.

The scheduling of the gutter installation was not as efficient as it could have been. I was left waiting for a scheduled appointment, and when they did arrive they did not have the correct materials.

Money well spent! The windows are beautiful, and we can feel a difference in the house. No more rattling doors & drafts. The sales staff put on a very professional presentation which helped us to decide, right away, that we wanted to use Amazing Siding & Windows instead on another vendor. The installers were two of the nicest men we've ever had work at our house. Went above & beyond what we expected & did a fantastic job. They took a little extra time, but it was so worth it. Cleaned up afterwards so it was like they were never there! I just stand & stare at our new windows. Cannot believe what a difference they make & how good they look. They were a big investment for us but absolutely no regrets.Amazing Siding & Windows really is amazing!!!

Overall it was a good experience. The scheduling was frustrating.

The team was courteous, professional, and completed the job ahead of schedule. I appreciate the quality of the workmanship and will call on them again for future projects.
