The overall experince was very good, we had no nasty surprises. The install and the product was exceptional.

Areas For Improvement - They fell short of communication, nothing big but the installer's first language was not English, but we did figure out. There was also some confusion on which windows went where, but we called the salesman and got is sorted out. The install crew was great, the practical worked in the dark since it was Late November when they did the install.
