The best quality of both is the communication I recieved. From Salesman to Supervision to Workers on site to Administrative Services all were forthcoming with information on scheduling and opportunities for me to have answers to questions. I also appreciated the employees' long term employment with the company. To me that is a sign of a great place to work, also a comforting feeling to speak to the same employees with whom I worked nine plus years ago.It's a feeling of comfort, trust and security. Areas For Improvement - They did not fall short, including when there was a problem with the screen after the installation. The guy who came to patch up any holes addressed it right away and got it fixed in spite of it not being the reason he was there.

Overall, I felt like the staff itself was attentive to our needs as a household. We gave them 7 different parameters, and they were able to fulfill those needs. We had some change in orders, and they fulfilled those needs. Customer service was very good, easy to reach, and responsive. In terms of the quality of the labored installation the people that performed the work did a good job they were thorough and finished the job in 2 days, they replaced all of our windows in our home. I would certainly recommend them.

From the initial appointment to projection completion, the communication was very thorough…from calls from the project manager to office staff checking in everyone kept you in the loop of next steps. Very competitive pricing!
