Install presented as a day or two, only one installer showed up and took the better part of three days. The installer , John was great, but he's just one person doing a time consuming project.

The windows and installers were satisfactory but I don't have a good feeling about the value. The project was more expensive than compared to other windows I had replaced about a year ago. All the discounts offered in their advertisements, can be wiped out depending on their starting price which I believe is varied by the salesman walking into the house and sizing up what they think you will pay.

David Cantrell our installer was the best ever. Very hard working, kind and very thoughtful. He made a job I hated getting done not seem so bad. The only thing I really hate is my clear shower doors. I wanted something other then clear. But was told you did not have anything else by my salesman.

Job was done efficiently and neatly.

This is our second project with AHD. We were satisfied eleven years ago and are again.

American Home Design did what they said they would do! They answered our questions and completed the work professionally and in a timely manner.

We had an excellent design consultant and our installer was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all our questions

Price high for acrylic product

The product and guarantees are impressive and "long lasting." The work crew was respectful, efficient, and a joy to have working in/on the house. I highly recommend AHD.

We just had a walk-in shower put in, the installer, Drew Scarbrough, did a great job! He was very professional and polite and was not bothered when we asked questions. He was here 2 1/2 days and worked the entire time. I would definitely recommend Drew and American Home Design to anyone! 5 stars all the way!
