The sales process and pre-job inspection were easy. During the job, the on-site craftsmen were excellent. They showed where sub-standard work from a prior job was causing the water leaking issues and walked my wife and me through several remediation options with the associated costs. They were receptive to our inputs and ensured we got the outcome we wanted, even when what we wanted caused them additional effort. Their attention to detail was excellent. So far the results have been through last winter's hard rain and this summer's intense heat. Things still look and function perfectly. We couldn't be happier.

Siding installers just broke shrub branches that were in their way. If you had told me they would need X inches of clearance, I would have properly trimmed them back. One whole plant eventually needed to be replaced.
Some windows were scratched and needed to be replaced, and it took multiple visits to get unscratched windows.

No, I would not recommend American Home Renewal to anyone.
The staff was very professional and courteous up until the job was finished and paid for.
Two weeks after completion I had a question about the windows having wind noise when they were closed.
I was told to deal with Milgard warranty department , I could understand if I had a problem 2 years later but this was 2 weeks later.
They don't stand by there work .

We had windows replaced and siding installed. Both projects were completed beyond our expectations and satisfaction. The salesman was pleasant, not pushy, and offered ways that we could save money. The hand-off from the salesman to the project manager was seamless, and they kept us apprised of any changes due to local building codes, material availability, etc and kept touch with regular, but not over the top, emails. When we had questions they quickly returned out voicemails. We did have a glitch when the siding was installed due to miscommunication with the crew, but the project manager did more than we expected to rectify it, and the final job was perfect in the end and completed within the expected time range.

A neighbor recommended AHR to me. I have been pleased with the communication, followup and contact with people involved. The job was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with all parts of the process and the finished product.
