So far, I am happy with the work! It took some time for the claim and to custom build cabinets, but the job was completed and revisions requested were managed
The demolition phase of the mold and water damage remediation went very well for the most part. They got everything dried out very quickly.Very responsive & helpful. They missed some minor details, such as some plastic sheeting hiding a leaky water pipe and a leaky shutoff valve was also overlooked.I had to get a plumber to come out on three different occasions to correct the leaks.Just wish they had been more thorough checking the pipes when they were here. Although I can't give them an A, They still rate a B+ . Also Rob Rominak from Allstate was very responsive, pleasant and professional in handling this claim. I would recommend Allstate to anyone looking for Homeowner's Insurance.
Our disappointment is they walked off the job when they sat there and made an agreement with us, the insurance agency, and public adjuster. They didn't contact us or anybody and left us for a month not knowing what was going on. Not only did that cost Allstate another $5-6,000 to keep us in a hotel, but it left us frustrated. Allstate didn't want to pay AIR because they thought they were being overcharged. We had to get another company to come in and finish the work. It took a whole month of us sitting around not knowing what was going on.
To Whom it May Concern,From what I can determine, there was a lack of communication between Allstate, my insurance carrier and American Integrity Restoration which caused a long delay, four months, in the repair needed to my dining room after a toilet overflowed from upstairs and caused a good deal of damage to my dining room. I understand the problems with having specialists deal with led paint, and asbestos, both of which had to be removed, but still, from December to late April is too long. As a professor, I could not get to my books in the library because the dining room furniture was there during the repairs to the dining room. However, I finally met Anthony Noivo. He was not the first project manager, but when he came, "things got done".He is so competent, and so caring. He was never to busy to explain things to me. He was always polite and considerate. I cannot praise him too highly. Also, the team he had redo the walls in the dining room were exceptional. This is in a part of the house that is over 200 years old. The walls are seamless. Also, I want to recommend the electricians who came. They are a father/son team. They also were so helpful and considerate. Please know how much I appreciate the work that was done on my dining room, and the repair work you did on the painting and the mirror. I would recommend your company to anyone needing home restoration.Regards,Hope K. Fitz
