We are very happy with our new tub.

I was really satisfied with everything that was done. It's absolutely beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. The shower is a place of beauty.

The outcomes of the transformation from an old shower and bathtub was awesome.

Installed wrong tub. Financing was changed from date of installation to 10 months. Was suppose to be 12 months

The quality is way above competitors

The product is of good quality, but probably unnecessarily complicated. The installer was fantastic.

The installers were fantastic but the electrician didn't do as well.

American Standard was knowledgeable and did good work with quality materials. Even though the equally compared with other companies,...they would stand out if they lowered their prices.

Raymond Melani, the person who came in to show us the product, was amazing. He didn't take a lot of my time and got straight to the point. He told us about the company and their products. I told him our needs, and he came up with perfect scenarios for us, and it was amazing. The installation guys cleaned up after themselves, did a good job, and they were super. We are very pleased.

I have had friends over and shone off my new shower several times. I tell them what a good company American Standard was to work with.

The installers did an excellent job but we overpaid to have our bathtub torn out and a 60" shower installed. It took them approximately 5 1/2 hours to complete the job and we paid over $12,000. I was told that it would take two to three days to complete the job by the salesperson. If I had known upfront that it would only take a few hours to complete the job, i wouldn't have signed the contract. Also, my phone calls and texts often went unanswered.

I went with American Standard as they are a long standing company with a solid reputation but I ended up feeling very let down.

I would recommend them.

I was struggling to get in and out of my bathtub. This walk-in shower will make it possible for me to stay in my home and care for myself safely!

I would simply recommend they do more shopping around. And have lots of questions in mind when the salesperson comes by. I needed to ask questions I didn't even know I needed to ask.

I called in a work order over a week ago and I haven't heard anything from anyone. Also they put the hand held shower where we didn't want it

Have no complaints withe the shower and the installation of shower. Wish I had done this years ago.

The shower floor pan installed is dangerously slippery. We had to buy a shower mat to keep from falling.

I felt the service from estimation to completion was handled very efficiently.
Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful without pressure.
The installers gave me choices that made the installation agreeable.
The only problem was that the wrong doors were delivered and I had to wait another werk for those but then done in a timely manner.

Sales team was spot on with information and everything was handled nicely. Installation went smoothly with the exception of a slight hiccup, no fault of installers though. Finished product looks great and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended

I think they are expensive

The products are excellent. There were a few problems with the installation however.

We are very happy with the tub and my wife feels much safer and more secure with bathing. The big side swing door opening and comfortable seating have really helped her a lot. The door swinging out is what sold us because it makes getting in and out much more convenient. Filling and draining the tub are much faster than we thought they would be. Family members without disabilities are saying they want one too. Installation took about a day and the installer was really professional and took the time to explain what he was doing.

I was happy with the job they did.

I already did, but my friend’s parents are not willing to commit themselves yet.
