I don't know if it's because the water damage to my home is not that much and it is a smaller job that I am not getting as timely repairs or communication as I would expect.

Project management was not organized and they attempted to charge me for work that was not actually done.

I would not recommend ATI Restoration Sacramento to a friend only because when I had utilized them on an emergency basis, they put out their equipment. The contact I had was fired, and the equipment was left on the property for a long period of time, and I was billed a large amount for it. No one reached out to me about it, and three weeks later, ATI Restoration Sacramento came and picked up the equipment.

They took care of everything in their power to satisfy me!

some aspects were fine. the repair to the roof was good. the promptness to get someone out here to get blowers going to prevent mold was good as well. I am disappointed about the ceiling work on the interior. After the work is completed, I would have thought a project manager would come out to inspect things, but that never happened. Seemed like the inside guys were there to do the job as fast as possible to maximize the profit. They were very nice though!

Most knowledgeable about ICRA requirements and build enclosures for a reasonable price. One is barely aware that there is construction going on inside these enclosures, no footprints or dust. Good communication. Quality workmanship.

Impossible to say as no repairs have yet been done and there seems little chance any will be done anytime soon

Probably would not recommend for reconstruction. The remediation team was great, the construction team was ok.
Bad communication, average quality of work, length of project was longer than expected, cost of certain parts of the project were more than expected.
