They were very responsive, quick and provided an exceptional service.
even though I specifically asked to be communicated with prior to construction, there was very little updates and advisement throughout the process. No timeline, no updates on progress.
I just noticed they did not completely repair the carpet pad or staple the carpet to the floor. It’s in an area I don’t normally walk in but found when I was cleaning up.
Efficient, seamless processing of architecture, supply ordering, excellent selection for contractor restoration, easy to work with. Kept all appointmrnts with township, troubleshooting with excellence!
Great communication, stayed within budgeted amount, prompt service, great results!
It took almost 2 years to complete my bathroom…
Dustin and Mike went well above and beyond they helped us to get on track and get our house fixed in time to sell it . It would not have happened with our their professionalism and high level communication
Nicholas Markin was extremely communicative from scheduling to completion and kept me up to date.
I've been very pleased with the work but hope I never need it again for obvious reasons.
We will never recommend ATI to anyone. Communication was terrible. Poor workmanship. Contractors most of the time showed up to work on the weekends- mostly Sundays like the parents house was a side job. Fairmont City doesn’t require permits, so we feel that’s the reason there was so much slack done and very under qualified people were sent to patch my parent’s home. The company got paid very well for the job that was done.
Chase Mesford coordinated my project very well. He kept me up-to-date with the progress of my insurance company, and returned my call/texts promptly.
I was very pleased with the complete restoration done by ATI. I was treated respectfully and had constant contact with Sarah. They are a friendly company that took time with me to explain and finish the work. In the event I ever have need they will be my first call. Thank you all at ATI.
The job is nice but they keep bothering me about the bill and it's covered by insurance.
This project was supposed to be completed in July 2025 and is still ongoing; The sub-contractors working in my home damaged several items in my home and I have yet to receive any final resolution; I was a victim of extortion from the first sub-contractor ATI sent to my home, that demanded I pay approximately $1,800 or he would put a lien on my home; The majority of the workers ATI sent to my home were not experienced or skilled enough to complete the tasks they were sent to do; If I could do it all over again, I would have paid a higher deductible to avoid ATI being assigned to my home.
No communication at all or follow through. The project was never completed
The project coordinator Charles Will organized his team to do the job efficiently.
I’m putting together a lawsuit and suing you. We have proof you’ve committed insurance fraud and this will be another record.
I’m keeping documented records of this survey and have two years of emails, texts, and call logs to use against you.
On time with equipment. Removed water damaged floors and focused on drying rooms
it is taking 3 months to start a project that happen on 8/17. Still no guarantees
I would recommend them to a friend because they were were very professional, polite, made sure to take precautions around my house, like putting things on the floor, and coordinating all of the things. It wasn't something I wanted to do, so having to undertake something elective proceeded and they were really great.
quick to arrive, good quality work
Jonathan and Tiffany are amazing!
Very friendly and concerned about getting the job done to my satisfaction.
ATI was reliable and consistent. During a tough time, they showed empathy toward our loss of belongings and worked consistently with a good attitude that made the process much easier.
Very honest, saving me a lot of money! They could have been dishonest, charged a bunch of money and I would of had no choice but to pay but they weren't and I'm so happy for their integrity and honesty! Definitely a company I highly recommend!!
Quality work
The job was supposed to take 5-7 weeks and took 5 months. Horrible communication from Alex and between him and the contractors they were all blaming each other and us for work not getting done timely or correctly.
It took way longer than needed. I had to call the Project Manager several times to light a fire under him. Work was good for the most part, it just took over 3 months to fix my shower.
We didn't particularly choose ATI restoration, they were the in network provider assigned by the insurance to complete repairs.
There were a lot of communication issues and delays, resulting in work starting nearly 7 months after the damage occured. Once the work started, it went fairly quickly and with good quality... except for more communication problems between ATI and the insurance that nearly derailed the work completely. If not for a project manager going rogue and doing work before full authorization came through, ehat was already a 3 week displacement from our home likely would have turned into a 2-3 month didplacement.
Working with ATI, they get the job done, but we have had some experiences with a delay in getting the job done. The quality work was good, but it just took a little bit longer than expected.
The communication was absolutely terrible. The project coordinator (Matt?) - never could get him on the phone. The few times a heard from him regarding progress and scheduling and to answer questions I had, he was incredibly rude and condescending. I had to call him towards the end of the project just to get an update to move forward. Rare communication and little regard for homeowner concerns. The men who came and did the remediation and demo work (older man, David? And younger burly guy with long hair) were the only communicative and polite employees I worked with, however every scheduled time I had for the work to be done, which I took off work for, was either rescheduled or hours behind the set time. In addition, my air return vents were not covered so now I am left with construction debris filling my duct work.
I'm not sure if I would recommend them or not. The insurance company referred them to me. I usually don't recommend companies to people.
not in San Francisco, but I will say the Bay Area
The work was done professional and the workers were very good about clean up, once they were done.
Thorough, good communication
My son lost a toe because they didn't cover the work that they did.
Your team was very professional, knowledgeable, and awesome craftsmanship!
Great support constant updates and communication from Brandon.
Well done job and executed timely for me. I will use you guys again!
It was a long process and they were thorough and careful all along the way.
We're satisfied with the work that was completed
Lack of communication. Lack of timely work.
They came out the next day and began the restoration and stayed until all the water damage debris was removed and drying equipment was put in place.
Work was not done correctly. Had to redo. Paint job was poor. Job is still not finished after 2 months. To be fair, some things still need to be cleared by my insurance. Project manager was changed shortly after start & I was not informed. Had to call to find out what was happening.
ATI was great, however some of the subs were not terrific. They didn’t measure correctly or or install correctly. Maybe they should look for better subs.
there was always communication Doug always told me what was going on, which is more than I can say for my insurance carrier.
No communication, delay in work and still dont have my final breakdown even though they were laid in full. I have no idea if they scammed me because they won't give me the actual breakdown of work costs.
You didn't show up or call for restoration. We reached out many times, ended going to a competitor. Project is now 3 weeks behind
Staff are hard working & efficient & pleasant
They were very careful and did an excellent job with restoring my house after a fire.
