Workers great, project manager not so much.
I called ATI out on a friend's insurance claim when a vehicle struck his commercial building, and they went way above and beyond. His feedback was very favorable, and they were very helpful.
ATI Restoration did a great job all the way around with communication and getting the job done, and letting us know when the guys were coming and going as they were moving back and forth from Phoenix to Yuma, which is about a three hour drive. I had no problem with ATI. They did a great job.
If we have something that comes up, we'll be calling them again.
The service was completed but not without issues. The technician who hooked up the drying equipment (heaters, fans, etc.) did so in a way that kept blowing the fuse. He checked the fuse box but didn't change the configuration and it blew again after he left. I had to reconfigure the machines on my own to connect to separate fuses so that it would work without leaving my home in the dark.
They did an amazing job taking care of a tough situation where we had pepper spray in the room. They got all the smell and stuff out of the room, and they did an amazing job.
You abandoned my project half way through.
They were very timely, dedicated, and hardworking.
ATI has been responsive and has keep me up-to-date on status of project.
I always have a wonderful experience with ATI Restoration. They are very accommodating.
Our site manager took pride in his company and his work.
Mitigation went well, but the construction has not started yet. We have been in a holding pattern for weeks.
I was very disappointed/dissatisfied with ATI specifically because of the Project Manager that was assigned to the project. She displayed a high level of very poor customer service. She was very verbally abusive and she lacked or had very poor communication skills. I requested for her to be removed from the project because of her unprofessionalism but that was ignored. That is the reason why I am giving ATI a very low mark. Ms. Genevieve Rosario was the project manager and her quality of work and performance was very poor. She degraded me when I asked questions. She was very bad with follow up information when I asked for information. She took no accountability for mistakes made on this project. The experience with ATI was one of the worst experiences I have had. The venders that were chose for the work was good and very professional and were very accommodating. But it was Ms. Rosario that made things difficult. What should have been a project that should have only taken 7 weeks ended up taking 10 months. And it was all because of Ms. Rosario. I will not recommend ATI to anyone because I asked for Ms Rosario to be removed, that request was ignored leading me to think that they condoned her behavior and ignored the plight of the customer. There were so many mistakes made by Ms. Rosario, to the point where I literally had to take control of the situation. A lot of mistakes were made, misinformation was provided to me. She verbally assaulted me by telling me that I was one of the worst customers that she ever had to deal with all because I asked questions and did not allow her to do what she wanted to do against my wishes. Very disrespectful. And this experience was very traumatic. To say the least.
Did a great job
Project Manager was not responsive - had to call several times.
We have used ATI Restoration a number of times at various facilities. They have always stepped up and taken care of what we needed to do, in a minimal time and very professionally.
Once they started thee project was completed quickly with great workmanship
Our Senior Project Director Boston Whitlow managed the process from start to finish while keeping us informed every step of the way with our roof leak.
His guidance was knowledgeable, professional and thorough.
So far nothing much has happened, cut a hole in my ceiling and covered it with platic that is now falling off. No calls, no follow-up no...no...?
Communication. At first it was fine but after a while, I was left out of the loop. The rug I chose was not available until after Dec. 2, 2025. But the contractor didn't even pick it up until Dec 8, 2026. Not knowing he kept giving me excuses as to why he couldn't come to the house and work (the rug they replaced with my original order is nice but not the color I wanted, settled with that one). I always had to text him to see when he was coming and the time to make sure someone would be at the house. I shouldn't have to do that. I understand the deadline you gave me but, I think a lot of time was wasted. Could've completed the job in 3-4 days max. Instead of hopping around from job to job.
We have used ATI before and they’ve been great. Unfortunately, this time they have been horrible!
Came in and got the job done. Very professional and meet all our needs. Stress free
The individuals who came to my home to perform cleanup and removal were excellent and I have no negative things to say about them in that regard, but my complain is with Tom Carey, a Customer Account Rep with ATI. My renters insurance, Lemonade, hired ATI to perform cleanup and removal at my home and after the job was completed, Lemonade informed me that they would be paying ATI for the work they did. A few weeks after the job was completed, Tom reached out to me requesting payment. I informed Tom that my insurance would be handling, not me. About a month later, Tom reached out to me again, once again requesting payment that I was not responsible for making. He said he contacted my insurance (without any of my insurance information) and my insurance told him that I was paid out and that I'd be making the payment. I called my insurance and they assured me that they'd be paying ATI and that I was not responsible for the payment. I once again informed Tom via email that my insurance would be handling the payment as I was, once again, not responsible. Then earlier this week, Tom reached out YET AGAIN asking for payment. My insurance emailed me staying that payment to ATI HAD ALREADY BEEN MADE. I had to request of my insurance to contact ATI and tell them to cease all contact with me to request payment for something I WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR. Your guys account reps need to communicate better with all parties with situations like this. The stress that I felt hearing about a $19,000 bill I supposedly owed after the last several months I've had of being homeless and uncertainty of wondering where I'd be living after the cleanup was not something I needed to hear. Do better next time.
Project took way too long in my point of view. There were times especially the month of September where everything was at a halt except for the last week when they layed the flooring. There were other pockets of time where nothing was done.
They saved me from being scammed by another restoration company.
Bad subs, reworks needed
Too many shortcuts
Multiple calls to follow up
ATI Restoration is highly responsive.
Professional.
Dominic has no customer service skills
Competent, helpful during process, friendly
The people I interacted with were some of the nicest people I have met
Great communication. Great work. On time and job well done.
You'll work for the insurance company in wrote a half-assed estimate The benefit of the insurance company until I had to fight with them about the inaccuracies in your estimate
They did awesome work.
Just remember, ATI doesn't work for you. They work for the insurance company, and they do not care about your claim.
Quick assessment and completion of required work
They unplugged my refrigerator and now they don't want to pay for the contents.
I would recommend ATI Restoration to a friend or colleague because they are very responsive, team-oriented, focused on quality, and take extreme pride and ownership in everything they do.
ATI is a top-notch organization. Everybody on the team dialed in on making sure that the customer experience is second to none.
The quality of their work was good once they worked. It took almost 9 months to complete however. Their project director passed himself off as a project manager and did not do his job and constantly lied to myself and his company until he was terminated/ laid off? When they finally provided a competent manager things got done quickly and competently
Ineffective not dependable.
You need a caring, understanding person as a contact who responds in a timely manner. Often felt like our job wasn’t top priority.
When the work is finished. Too soon for me to say.
There was no communication until a few months after the drunk driver drove through my garage, and I complained to my insurance company. Then I received minimal communication. Then you switched my contact person without notification, and I only found out because again, I contacted my insurance company. Something that happened on April 13 should be completed before December. I could go on in much more detail but no one would listen anyway.
Guys that did the work were Friendly yet very professional and helpful.
Terrible job . The tech who was assigned our job seemed to be inexperienced or unwilling to do the job as specified.
I was referred by Chris Karas who referred your company. I explained him that I needed another contractor due to the poor workmanship. Chris’s referred me to a better contractor. In addition I attempted to add a small touch up Item. I asked 3 times for a quote that was never given. It seemed that they wanted me to green light the change order without a quote. Based on my final experience I gave up asking .
Prompt first rate work on the carpentry in the Kitchen and remediation in the Kitchen and Basement.
I am likely to recommend ATI Restoration Greensboro to a friend because they're very friendly group to work with and they seem to be very knowledgable about their job.
Absolutely horrible experience. Poor craftsmanship, poor customer service, poor PM/timeline management. I will never use ATI nor USAA referred contractors again after this experience.
Excellent Response Time and Great Communication from Anthony Colon
I cannot recommend ATI Restoration even though the completed work was accetpable. Their poor communication, slow timelines, and unprofessional practices made what should have been a repair far more stressful than it needed to be. It took 6 months from when the incident happened till everything was finally resolved.
They were really attentive, communicative, and I am satisfied with the work they've done overall.
