America's Best Choice did an excellent job replacing our siding with Hardie Plank, replacing our windows and painting the house. They were wonderful to work with and we are thrilled with their work. I highly recommend them!

There were several things with which I wasn't pleased. I wish I was there when they surveyed my home for an estimate. I ended up paying $8000 extra because they missed some things. I felt like I was the general manager of the project, making sure the workers were doing their jobs properly. I have a job, but I didn't get paid for doing this, although I felt I should've gotten paid. They should not start a project if they don't have all the parts needed for it.

I thought the painting and the windows were five stars. I had issues with the siding, so overall, I give America's Best Choice four stars.

Crew broke the AC in 3 places (2 pipe cracks. 1 nail through pipe) then denied breaking it. Crews were often "done" with work only to be called out to actually finish the job. I feel like if I didn't point out various obvious issues, then nobody with the company would have done anything to fix them. I feel like I had to be way more hands-on with the process than I should have. A couple times I was told "a crew will be out today" and nobody showed up. Windows seem cheap. I

Kyle , the project manager, was attentive to any questions or concerns. The men who did the various work (each a different team for siding, paint, gutters) were professional. We are very pleased with how our house looks.

The crew was great and did a good job. Have some nail pops on the drywall inside my home and I overlooked a downspout for a front gutter that they were told about and have been completely ignored. Overall they did a good job on my siding and fascia. My advice is don't assume they are as good as the Trust Dale and other reviews.

Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work and the way the staff communicated issues with me. They worked with me when there were things I thought were in the contract, but found out were not included. We were able to work together and come to an agreeable compromise.

From start to finish the entire experience was excellent. Each team had it's own assignments and crew, the work was performed quickly and professionally with minimal disruption. As each section (paint, siding, gutters, etc) was completed the individual foreman for that team walked through it with me and on 2 occasions found, what I considered to be minor, touch ups that needed to be done and had it taken care of within 24hrs. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

I was very pleased with the overall handling of the project, from the sales to the installers and the project manager. They were all great.

I would never recommend America's Best Choice for any job. In fact the business should be renamed to America's WORST Choice. The office staff are very unorganized and I was lied to by the staff on different occasions relating to my project. The installers were careless when riping off siding, and I still find nails all around my yard months later. I should have gone with another company and suggest you go with another company.

They kept us informed about everything they would be doing and the exact times and days they would be at our home. Pricing and quality has been above and beyond any expectations. We have recommended them and will continue to recommend them..

There was miss communication along the way and one small piece of the project was not finished and because of this I never received the final bill for a year later. I had the funds set aside at the time the project was started but they sent me a bill so late I had forgotten about the project and thought it was paid for so I spent the funds on other projects on the house.
