It was 4 days from initial site inspection until the actual equipment was brought in. I think this is too long a time. One of the de-humidifers was VERY noisy (I think a bearing was going out but the league fellow said it was just a noisy unit). All in all, the crew was fine, just the deal in getting it started was not good and the extremely noisy fan in one of the dehumidifiers was problematic for us as we were staying in the home. They did not move the stove/counter unit in the kitchen (they cut around the 2nd level of sub flooring around the counter, and when they were done, I moved the counter/stove top and ultimately removed the second layer of sub flooring as there was moisture under it and I dried it with my fans and smaller dehumidifier.

Area Of Satisfaction - America's Elite did an excellent job. They removed all of the damaged insulation and gypsum board, leaving the areas prepared for repairs.

This was our first experience with water damage. Americas Elite Inc did a very nice job removing all the damaged areas while doing their best to keep out house together.
