My husband was not happy with all the “accidents” that happened with this total decking and roof replacement but Amstill made those damages good and paid for them.

We had some hail damage on our older roof and searched around for the roofing companies with the best reviews and settled on Amstill Roofing after seeing the glowing reviews on multiple platforms and with the BBB. We were put in contact with Hart and he did his best to make sure to go over all of our options and put our minds at ease since we knew it would likely have to be a full replacement due to the roof's age.

While waiting for the insurance company to respond to our claim, (they couldn't come out for 3 weeks+) Hart came back to make sure everything was tarped and covered to prevent any further damage since there were storms coming in the meantime. He also made sure we knew to contact him if we needed anything else in the meantime that he could help with. Unfortunately, our insurance wouldn't cover anything, but we decided to proceed with the replacement with Amstill anyway.

The crew was very thorough, especially with cleanup after, and we absolutely love the way our new roof looks! The whole process from their side was very easy and was fully explained at every step. We really appreciate the time and care they put into this whole process, and we would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to anyone who needed a new roof or even just some work on their current one. They seem to pride themselves in holding to a certain standard and that's very reassuring as a customer.

Once again, a special shout out to Hart for going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and not stressing while we waited as well as during and after the replacement. He even pointed out some things that weren't their responsibility or skillset, but that could have lead to a problem in the future so we could get those looked at. (Thank you again, we really appreciate it!) Everyone we spoke to at the office was also very lovely and quickly got us any and all info we needed. Everything was excellent except for the crew supervisor arrived on site about 4 hours late due to the office had indicated that the job had already been done previously. He was able to oversee the rest of the tear off of the old and the rest of the installation till completion that evening.

Very professional office staff, installation crew did a good job, and cleaned up everything quickly upon roof completion. My roof looks great. I also had a new gutter system installed through Amstill. Both roof and Gutters are the talk of my neighborhood. I am proud I used Amstill.

From the first time I met Griffin until the last nail was hammered into my new roof I knew I was in good hands with Amstill Roofing. Eddie was so helpful when I had a question, he took time out of his busy schedule to stop by my house and explain the answer I needed. Everyone I met was professional and very courteous. I really like that my new Owens-Corning roof has a 50 year warranty and also that the solar fan keeps the attic cooler (which means lower light bills).

Amstill did an outstanding job on replacing my roof. The crew was very efficient and professional. Make sure all work agreed to is documented on contract. The salesman said he would be on-site the day of the replacement to resolve a minor problem. He showed late and left before the job was complete. The minor problem still existed because it wasn’t on the work order and Amstill has been slow to resolve the issue.

My experience with Amstill Roofing surpassed all expectations except for one. They’re customer service. Their roof inspection was incredibly thorough, identifying areas of concern that were missed by a previous opinion. The representative was extremely knowledgeable, demonstrating and explaining the superiority of their products compared to competitors. The replacement materials were of high grade and precisely as quoted. True to their word, they completed the job on the promised day. Even after enduring three intense rainstorms, the roof remained leak-free without any issues.However, approximately two months after the roof replacement, my wife noticed that the GFI outlets in our kitchen were tripping. Upon investigating, we were shocked to discover water inside the electrical outlets when we opened them. I immediately contacted the company, and they promptly sent out one of their installers. While we didn't find any evidence of problems with the roof itself, we made a startling discovery. Two of their nails had pierced our cold waterline, leading to significant mold and water damage in our walls. Consequently, we had to bear the cost of not only the roof replacement (amounting to $16k) but also hiring a plumber to fix the compromised pipe, along with a substantial deductible from our insurance company.My only issue with this company is their complete lack of accountability for this accident. This is precisely why companies invest in insurance coverage. It baffles me how they can disregard our situation and absolve themselves of any responsibility. Their response that "your 17-year-old home was not up to code, which is why we hit the water line" implies that they consider the fault to lie with our home. They should have told me that before they did the work. To compound matters, my wife suffers from severe mold allergies, making the situation even more distressing for us.Considering their almost 5-star rating, I had higher expectations from this company. Their failure to take ownership of this accident is deeply disheartening.

Amstill did an excellent job with installing my new roof. I had several companies come out to estimate and Amstill was the most professional. The video of my roof was an excellent tool so that I could see up close the damage from hail and deterioration from the age of the roof. One of the best parts was the roofers made sure there weren't any leftover nails or bits of trash on the ground. I wish Amstill did full house renovations because this was the smoothest and most efficient work I've ever had done on a house.
