Never saw Contractor lead on site during installation as he previously mentioned.

Excellent, efficient, and friendly, especially to dogs and children. The entire process and all options were explained to me in advance and the entire roof was removed and replaced in a single day. I highly recommend this company.

Great Material, on time, great people

I am still waiting on the Warranty thru mail or email. It was promised and never received. We received an estimate and an invoice. and then a supplemental invoice because APEX was very difficult to work with and did not complete the work because they could not uphold their promises. They made many promises they did not keep. Nails and debris left all over the property, dead grass, and the promise to get the siding covered by insurance did not happen. Great sales pitch, but once the contract is signed they just want to get it done, get the money, and move on.

The guys were great! They did everything on time and didn't mess around with any hidden issues. They just fixed it.

The installers did an excellent job. They were very professional.

I had an issue with the workers being disrespectful of my home and my property. They damaged my pool. They left chicken bones that my pets ate, and could have caused serious damaged.

The part that helped me a lot was, besides insurance, I don't know anything about the process. Throughout the contruction aspect of getting my roof done right, getting me the right product, and understanding what they were going to do, they helped make that process seem simple for me. They took care of a lot and took the time to help me understand what exactly I needed to do on my end. That was the biggest thing for me. They made dealing with the insurance company a really easy process.

Dealing with Ashton was a true pleasure He was up front and honest with me about everything. I am very pleased with his representation of the Apex company and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Unfortunately, we had issues with the install. Several leaks and they had to return twice. The solution was put caulk where the nails had gone too far through. Clean up was not satisfactory. Ended up with two flat tires because of nails left on the ground.

We thought they were A+ all the way around.

They might be a little more on the ball with the production list if the weather cooperated.
