I am very pleased with our experience. Steve Wills was very professional and friendly. It was obvious that he knew his business and that he wanted very much to satisfy his customer. He communicated regularly throughout the process.
The roofing crew were very friendly and quick. They did a great job and were very thorough in cleaning the yard. I would certainly turn to this company for any future roofing needs

We got bids from 7 different roofers and APEX stood out immediately. They weren't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. They were honest and professional but very personable as well. Nate was excellent. He was incredibly patient with us as we asked all of our questions. He always seemed relaxed and acted as though we were his only client. The roof was done on time, as promised, with clear communication every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better roof installation process.

Having a new roof installed on your home is a big undertaking; it's major construction, fairly expensive, and if not done right it can lead to substantial damage and loss. We knew it was time to re-roof our Moscow home, so we decided to interview a number of companies serving the Palouse. I'm very glad we did as we discovered two things; there are a number of very good and trustworthy roofing contractors in our area, and there just might be some to avoid at all costs.

We 'interviewed' Apex because they have done several roofs in our neighborhood. In fact, they did the neighbors across the street and came to our door when they were done. Not to sell us a roof, but to tell us to call them if we found any debris in our yard; they'd gladly and quickly come out to clean it up. That's outstanding customer service, and I wasn't even a customer yet. Pete Barner was the Apex Project manager who came out to do an inspection and give us an estimate. I found him to be knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and trustworthy. He gave me an honest assessment that included his opinion that with some minor maintenance my roof would likely last another 2-3 years. No high pressure 'the sky is falling! You need a roof today!' like some other homeowners have experienced with roofers. When it came time to decide, and Apex was our choice, Pete met with us and walked us through colors, styles, warranties, etc. He's not a salesman. He's a competent Project Manager with knowledge of his industry and the materials. His approach allowed us to trust him and to trust Apex to give us the best possible service and product. And Apex was able to start the project sooner than some other contractors.

We have a pretty big roof, and the project was done in a day; well 2 days if you count the day the materials were delivered and loaded on the roof. Having your roof replaced is messy. There is no way to get your old asphalt shingles off without making mess. The Apex crew made a MESS! But they cleaned as they went along using a magnet and a blower to collect nails and garbage. And they cleaned up when they were done. I mean they cleaned up.....everything. It's been almost a week and I still haven't found any stray debris they missed. I like that. The crew was efficient, courteous and conscientious, and the finished product looks amazing. Especially the little things like adding W metal to all of my valleys. This provides a very clean look and will help me fight ice dams. If you are going to invest some serious money in your roof, and you want to be treated respectfully (during the inspection and estimate, when scheduling, during install, and the finished product/clean-up afterward) consider Apex. I'm very happy we chose them

Nathen was very knowledgeable. he showed up on time, made a thorough inspection before and after the project was done. The crew was amazingly fast and efficient and when they were done everything was cleaned up well even though it was dark outside when they were finishing. The next day the person, sorry I forget his name, who came to get the junk trailer, did a final inspection around the house to pickup anything that was missed the night before. We will call them again if we need more roof work. Thank you all for the great job.

My roof needed replaced for a long time. Apex Roofing came in and replaced my 48 year old roof in 7 hours. Including clean up and removal of the entire old roof. I was very pleased at the outcome.

Nathan, representative of Apex, answered my call and checked the roof, both climbing outside and checking also the inside, looking for how the vents were working. He sent to me a copy of the contract for me to read and allowing me to see if I had some doubts. When we decided to go ahead, Nathan came to my home, answered the doubts I had about the contract. There were three options for me to select the one that I liked and could afford. We agree in the way in which I will pay. The work was scheduled the following week, and was all done in 3 days, the crew started one afternoon removing the old roof, and the next day it was done, details and the cleaning was done on the 3rd day, and Apex took care also of getting a contractor for the gutters, that were done that 3rd day. The crew left each day cleaning after themselves. I am very satisfied.

My first impression of Apex Roofing was the professionalism of your representative, Jeff Faulkner, who went far beyond my expectations without any sales pressure. The crew was on site early and removed my old roofing and replaced it with Owens Corning in one day! They cleaned up all materials afterwards. I would recommend Apex to everyone looking for a new roof. Dependable, trustworthy and ethical all describe my interaction with Apex Roofing.

One can not go wrong with AJ Ballensky as your go to person for bidding and overall supervision of your job. I found him to be very fair and honest and would recommend him very highly.

We Had different bids they were by fare cheapest and they did a great job super fast friendly and what blows my mind is they were about 1/2 price of our other bids they were 1/3 the price of dabella roofing so watch out for the scammers looking to take advantage of you I would totally recommend icon roofing

The manager of our project was extremely helpful in a number of ways. He fully explained our options for a new roof: the choices for shingles (including warranty years) ; the labor warranty options, the materials to be installed, and the starting date. Icon was on schedule for all deadlines, and the actual work (e.g., removing old roofing, and installing the new roof) took only one day. The project manager even did a post installation inspection and reported the results to me. Workers were productive and apparently did excellent work.

With a few exceptions I am pretty satisfied.
