The company was hard to get a hold of and did not communicate well. The project manager went on a long vacation and did not tell us and we were left in the dark with unanswered questions. He also guaranteed a certain color even though that color was not available in the state for compliance issues. We did not know until the install was complete and we went outside and saw it was significantly different than what we were told. There was exposed wood damage that we had asked to be replaced but they said it would be covered by gutters (it was not) and they later just sealed it. The initial install of gutters were bowed and uneven. We are still finding nails around our property

They claimed to be professional as roofers, but that wasn't my experience. The roofers aren't the best in the industry. They are non union.

Horrible experience. No communication. Had to repair 3 tires and pick up a shit load of nails. So much information and questions omitted during the signing of contract. The list is very long!!

I chose Apollo for their platinum install and warranty for Owens Corning. I noticed they were using Certainteed underlayment, which would have voided the warranty. They were rushing and cutting corners installing the roof and gutters. Gutters and some downspouts were poorly installed and had to be redone.

I would recommend Apollo Roofing to everyone. Guy was my project manager and he was always available when I called. They completed the project in a timely manner and did a great job overall.

Overall, we had a great experience with Apollo Building and Roofing. The roof look great and they were very professional. They really knew their business and any issues were immediately address.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and delivered as promised.

Everyone was attentive, and the crew was exceptional. My property was left clean and safe, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.
