I thought that they did a great job. I really appreciated the help getting the subcontractors in line with the chimney sweep, gutters, and dealing with the insurance. Tim Wilkerson was extremely diligent in working with the insurance company.

Paul Krielich was extremely helpful every step of the way.

The crew was really good, as was the salesman. Everyone I dealt with was good. They got the job done, and I have no leaks that I know about. The salesman picked out the color of the roof, and everyone says its perfect. He was very good. He came back and checked on them, and he was working on a house nearby.

First experience with Mr. Larry Gaither. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Quality workmanship from start to finish. Arrived as planned, completed work in one day, and cleaned the area like they were never here.

Ernie McCush was very good to work with as he explained and answered every question. Apple/Ernie was flexible when we decided to re-instate something that we were originally were not going to do. The garage door company Apple uses was the best.

Fred was incredible to work with and helpful through the entire process, was professional and went the extra mile.

Initially the process was very smooth and quick and we are mostly satisfied with the overall work. However, it took 2.5 months to complete the rework that was needed due to damage caused during the tear off. Communication during that time was very poor and felt as if we were just being kicked down the road until we gave up.

Our adjuster was amazing. Made the whole process so easy. Scheduled all the different people necessary to get the job finished in a timely manner.

The roofers did an excellent job on the roof but did not care at all about our plants,bushes or water faucet around the house. The faucet got broken off and small tree and all 3 bushes was destroyed. Our salesman Ernie made sure it was fixed and replaced at Apple expense and I was happy at the end. Other than that it went smooth.

your sales person refused to give us a quote, and just kept saying you guys would do it for amount of insurance. then when final bill came you guys said we owed more. ended up cost us 1800 plus gutter money.

They did a quick job. Dusty, the salesperson, was always in touch and kept me updated.

I dealt with Dom Genari, and he did a great job, was informative, answered all questions, and made a difficult time a great experience.

They were not useful at all. The whole situation was just a lot. I'd climb up on my roof and do it myself before letting them do it. That is the honest-to-God truth. It took forever. My roof was damaged from other issues, but they refused to fix that either.

Knowledgeable, experienced and efficient

They were recommended by the insurance company. When the roof was completed, I had it inspected by an inspec
tor and 2 roofing companies. I could see nails sticking out from various places. They all agreed that the nails used on the ridge rows were too short and did not go far enough down to secure it properly. Apple came back out several times and kept nailing down the shingles that were loose or had the nails popped out. The insurance company said they were going to have an inspector come out, but changed their mind. I had to accept it as is and I fear that in a few years there will be problems with the 40 year roof. They kept telling me it was under warranty, but not for that many years. They left marks on my exterior walls that had been painted within the past year. As a realtor, I have been involved with many roofs being replaced and the work was never questioned by an inspector or other roofers. Over the years, I have had replacements on my own homes and had good experiences with the work being done properly.

I would recommend, if someone asks.

Imo Recommending these crooks to my worst enemy would be too cruel. Gas furnace flues were left disconnected inside attics on two of the six roofs. Imagine the lawsuit if carbon monoxide poisoning had injured residents!!!

The installation crew from Apple Roofing did a great job! They cleaned up after themselves, and I did not find any nails in my yard or driveway.

They did a wonderful job and I'm glad that I got it done. They got it done quickly.

Apple Roofing had horrible customer service and left our house an absolute mess. There were nails, trash, and shingles everywhere and the flashing was installed incorrectly on multiple corners. One gutter was not installed as well, and the list could go on. They did a terrible job in my option.
