Give Tim Adams a raise. He's a good man.

The story on what the company would do to repair our siding kept changing. Started as three sides, then two, then finally one. Our contractor left after working with him for nearly a year. We liked him, but it was always felt like he was busy. The fact that Apple/accuserve was supposed to be the easy button in our situation is infuriating. Nothing about this process has been easy. I wish I had taken the steps to find a local contractor much earlier in the process. Apple/accuserve/Safeco trio was a joke and an absolute nightmare to deal with.

They worked with us and contacted our insurance carrier to come back and take a look at it. They saw more damage and got the insurance company to give us more. We appreciated that.

They did a good job.

They do not get back in touch with you a lot. They do not respond if you have questions.

Seth was amazing to work with. His level of knowledge and expertise was apparent. I appreciated how transparent and straightforward the communication process was. I will definitely recommend Apple roofing to my family and friends!

Roof did not meet inspection. Guy was not super friendly when I questioned him about it. They did come out and fix it, however.

This is our 3rd job with Saint Raphael. They've been a great partner in roofing projects. In particular Tim Adams, who goes above and beyond to make sure the project is done in a quality manner, as quickly as possible. This project was not a big one but very complicated, involving other contractors in a time sensitive project. There were some snags but everyone from the district director, production manager and on site supervisors and roofers worked hard to get the job done.
