When the weather strips were installed wrong, what can i say?

Josh Brown, from McCook, was great to work with, very organized, made a few extra repairs, and he made sure the work was done correctly.

Paul Krielich was extremely helpful every step of the way.

Initial contact was the day after the storm caused damage giving the feeling of a vulture. Ended up using them because it was convenient and they had good reviews. The process turned out good with great contact and follow up by the rep.

Apple charged me 3 times the rate another contractor quoted... I had already signed contract before receiving other quote

I feel like I paid Jon Maag, the project manager for absolutely nothing. He left me hanging for weeks without any info on details of installation. And didn't show up when work was being done. Afterwards I noticed the wrong ridge shingles were used. I would recommend people use a local roofing company to their area and NOT use Apple.

The crew was really good, as was the salesman. Everyone I dealt with was good. They got the job done, and I have no leaks that I know about. The salesman picked out the color of the roof, and everyone says its perfect. He was very good. He came back and checked on them, and he was working on a house nearby.

Apple Roofing was responsive and thorough on the estimate as well as the completion of the project.

While I was initially impressed with Apple Roofing's efficiency—the crew completed the roof in just one day—there were some challenges throughout the process. We experienced both expected and unexpected damage, and although we were compensated, it was still an inconvenience to handle the repairs.

The biggest frustration, however, came from the communication and billing process. Our final invoice wasn't sent until we requested it (they said it was emailed, but it wasn't), and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. Apple is fortunate that we are honest and caught the mistake, as it was an error in our favor. This made the entire process feel disorganized and unnecessarily stressful.

Additionally, communication felt skewed, as our primary contact seemed to prefer dealing with my husband over me, even though I manage the house and handle any repairs due to my flexible work schedule. Having to get more details through my husband added to the frustration. I hope Apple Roofing takes steps to improve their administrative processes and customer communication.

First experience with Mr. Larry Gaither. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Quality workmanship from start to finish. Arrived as planned, completed work in one day, and cleaned the area like they were never here.

Their service was horrible.

When the project was worked on, the workers worked quickly, very hard in very hot Nebraska weather. Picked up debris very well.

Devon was in constant communication with me during the entire process. The team that drove from Dallas to Austin to start the job at 8am was on time, orderly, they completed the entire job in a single day (amazing) and worked from 8am to almost 730pm without a break. They cleaned up and did not miss a nail or tab and did a fantastic job of clean up.

Ernie McCush was very good to work with as he explained and answered every question. Apple/Ernie was flexible when we decided to re-instate something that we were originally were not going to do. The garage door company Apple uses was the best.

Fred was incredible to work with and helpful through the entire process, was professional and went the extra mile.

Initially the process was very smooth and quick and we are mostly satisfied with the overall work. However, it took 2.5 months to complete the rework that was needed due to damage caused during the tear off. Communication during that time was very poor and felt as if we were just being kicked down the road until we gave up.

Apple was great overall and i would definitely recommend them. They did the majority of dealing with the insurance as well, which was no small task. Their involvement and help with the insurance issues made this much easier that i expected, despite the delays from the insurance company.

They are very conscientious of the clean-up and have great skills.

Our adjuster was amazing. Made the whole process so easy. Scheduled all the different people necessary to get the job finished in a timely manner.

They were diligent. They did a good job and were good communicators.

The roofers did an excellent job on the roof but did not care at all about our plants,bushes or water faucet around the house. The faucet got broken off and small tree and all 3 bushes was destroyed. Our salesman Ernie made sure it was fixed and replaced at Apple expense and I was happy at the end. Other than that it went smooth.

your sales person refused to give us a quote, and just kept saying you guys would do it for amount of insurance. then when final bill came you guys said we owed more. ended up cost us 1800 plus gutter money.

They did a quick job. Dusty, the salesperson, was always in touch and kept me updated.

Even though ours was just a small gutter job, we are pleased with the outcome. We would use them again and would recommend to acquaintances.

I dealt with Dom Genari, and he did a great job, was informative, answered all questions, and made a difficult time a great experience.

I'd love to write a full review but that seems like a waste of my time. A company like Apple will never admit fault and certainly won't change because I'm unhappy with them. I take the blame for hiring them in the first place. I won't make that mistake again.

Good shingle selection colors and good shingles, Good shiny gutters, they matched the new siding with the old siding on the sides that weren’t damaged from hail. They were very nice. Eric was very nice, patient, and helpful! Good job!

They were not useful at all. The whole situation was just a lot. I'd climb up on my roof and do it myself before letting them do it. That is the honest-to-God truth. It took forever. My roof was damaged from other issues, but they refused to fix that either.

Apple Roofing was fast and efficient and they got the work done that they promised to do. They were friendly.

Knowledgeable, experienced and efficient

They were recommended by the insurance company. When the roof was completed, I had it inspected by an inspec
tor and 2 roofing companies. I could see nails sticking out from various places. They all agreed that the nails used on the ridge rows were too short and did not go far enough down to secure it properly. Apple came back out several times and kept nailing down the shingles that were loose or had the nails popped out. The insurance company said they were going to have an inspector come out, but changed their mind. I had to accept it as is and I fear that in a few years there will be problems with the 40 year roof. They kept telling me it was under warranty, but not for that many years. They left marks on my exterior walls that had been painted within the past year. As a realtor, I have been involved with many roofs being replaced and the work was never questioned by an inspector or other roofers. Over the years, I have had replacements on my own homes and had good experiences with the work being done properly.

Workmanship was poor communication was hateful at times

I liked everything except for when I pointed out the incorrect dollar amount for the dumpster/roll off fee to be told that it was wrong and since insurance approved it that it was fine, and he did nothing about it even after on more than one occasion pointing out the fact that insurance did NOT approve the whole thing and I had to pay out of pocket for part of it.

I would recommend, if someone asks.

Imo Recommending these crooks to my worst enemy would be too cruel. Gas furnace flues were left disconnected inside attics on two of the six roofs. Imagine the lawsuit if carbon monoxide poisoning had injured residents!!!

Our initial experience with an Apple was great. Sales Manager, Chris Duffek, was and continues to be excellent. However, once construction started, everything started to fall apart. Crews didn’t come when scheduled, tasks were left incompleted for weeks with no explanation, construction materials and garbage left unattended for weeks on our driveway.

Very prompt and good workmanship

They were very communicative, had good follow through, and did good work.

They need to take the pliers away from the workers and just let them use their hammers. They cut wires that they were not supposed to.

Looking back we thought we would have had better results with a local company.

Very stress full experience. Lots of unnecessary damage to my house.
