The technician that came out, Dave Dillon, ordered a new compressor for a refrigerator. I gave him a $500.00 deposit. He came out and said it wasn't the compressor. He said he would return the compressor, and we would get a refund to me. I have made numerous attempts to contact him and have left messages. He won't return my calls. I can't locate the company because the business address is a PO box.

I was highly pleased with the service, particularly the service guy, Dave, who was really good. He was very efficient and quick. They were here the same day I called them.
We had an issue with a dryer and looked on the internet. We didn't know who they were, but they were able to come out the same day and fix the dryer. Everyone is happy. We couldn't ask for more.
