Regarding recommending Approved Contractors, this goes back to again the stucco. I am still finding roofing materials, even just the other day I found some tar paper.

They were extremely difficult to work with. They have zero follow up to address any issues.

It seems to have been a very thorough and professional job. The true test of the roofing job and the materials will be this winter when we get snow on the roof, so far we have only gotten rain.

The roof was installed quickly and from a ground view satisfactorily. There were some issues with broken garden fixtures (was paid for damage) and a bent gutter (installer stepped in it - was repaired at no cost). Final payment was requested by Approved before they submitted the final claim to the insurance company (corrected by Approved).

Their work was high quality and they also helped us solve a troublesome gutter drainage issue. Our only problem was damage to some of our plants while wrapping up the disposal of old roofing and lumber footholds. They quickly evaluated the problems and provided a fair allowance for new shrubs. Very satisfied customers!
