A&R Roofing was very easy to deal with Dave the salesman came out promptly and was very knowledgeable about the replacement of the roof and the skylights, communicated with me during the whole process and even stopped during the installation.

Even before meeting anyone in person, their estimator impressed me by being on my roof, sharing a timeline camera link that included blueprints and detailed photos of every part of the roof. Unlike other estimators who might just take a quick look, he thoroughly inspected both my house and garage for a full 45 minutes.

He didn't just highlight the issues; he explained what each facing part indicated about potential problems underneath. His estimate was clear and thorough, and he took the refreshing approach of quoting a worst-case scenario cost with the assurance that if things were better than expected, the final invoice could be less. It’s rare to find such honesty and transparency in this industry.

We called AR Remodeling and I spoke to Albert, the owner, to see if someone could come out and replace them and also give us an estimate on a new roof. To my surprise Albert came out the same day and quickly fixed our shingles and also came back later that evening to give us the estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the products his company uses as well as what the process would entail. After speaking with him we were confident in scheduling the job.
