ARAC Roof It Forward was great and got everything done promptly. I kept the lawn stakes in the yard because our neighbors are doing stuff as well. They have a great program.

As far as the cost of the roof, they were head and shoulders better on their cost than the next closest quote. I had four different quotes, and they were $4,000 cheaper than the closest quote. The quote that was the most was around $10,000 to $11,000 more than what they gave me. The turnaround time was amazing! They had the roof off and put the roof back on the same day. It was a matter of hours they did it in, and it's not a small house. It's about 3,800 square feet of living space. The gentleman I dealt with, Mark, if I had any questions, he was able to answer them. He was quick to respond if I had to leave a message. When I said let's do it and made the initial payment for half of the total cost, he got the shingles ordered, called me back, and they were finished that afternoon.

Initial consult was quick, and Mark and Greg were knowledgeable and customer-centered. Quick responses when it came to communication. Job was scheduled quickly and had a new roof within a week. Installers were professional and job site was cleaned after. Would recommend!

The installers of the roof did not speak English. It is difficult to get in touch with supervisors. We had a difficult time trying to communicate while the roof was being installed.
