AREI provide a great product, it looks amazing. We have gotten many compliments on how good it looks.

The crew who installed my roof were very professional and got the job done quickly. They used a dumpster on wheels to dispose of the old roof materials so that my driveway wasn't damaged. Clean up was done everyday.

It was a financial part that I had an issue with. I wanted to change a window to a garden window, but they turned me down on credit, which I thought was silly because I just spent thousands of dollars to put windows in. That was great, but I really regret my decision. I'd love to have a garden window. I still want a garden window, but it will have to wait for someone to finance it for me.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the fact that the salesman had a helper who kept going back to the supervisor making sure they had it right, and he did the same quality work as him. I was impressed. When the job was done, they knew I was very happy, very pleased. They both did quality work and were very professional. He said this was that guy's first day on the job, in training, and I said he did just as well as him.

Additional Comments - I'm really pleased with everything. Mike, the sales rep, and Mike, who was with the subcontractor, did quality work. They also installed a doggy door for me.
