It was great right up until we closed. When we closed, they dropped us like a hot potato.

Arive was so upfront with costs on any upgrades. We originally had planned to build with a different builder until they wouldn’t tell us why the additional $178,000.00 in “upgrade costs”. Arive was so transparent and easy to work with, we just had to build with Arive. Zach was so professional and extremely helpful with all the real estate questions. And Greg was a dream to work with on the building side of things. They built us a beautiful, well constructed home. Thanks team

They should not have a double booing for teh final walk though. That was the sitatuion we got in to. Our final walk thorugh was doulbe bookedTeh superviosr walking with us had to divide his time betwen our home and noather home. I didtn' feel we were able to give full comepte input on what we wanted boer we sienge paperopwkor.

We bought a quick move in home so I can't speak to the building process. But we fell in love with the home and so far it has been a good experience walking through and ultimately purchasing. We really like our floor plan, it fits many of our needs and it's very functional as well as pretty. We've had a few warranty things come up and they have been promptly addressed. Overall, we have been happy with Arive and our home and we look forward to taking the blank canvas we bought and making it our own.

We love our home, and are very satisfied. Arive builds a beautiful home! There were just a few hickups along the way that prevents me from giving 5 stars here. But, overall, we are very happy!

After living in our home for just over a month things are starting to get bad. We had a gas line connected against code as well as two that were leaking inside and outside of our house. Our front porch cap is cracking. Seams and gaps in our carpet are starting to show. Our furnace went out and we needed to repair it. Our upstairs furnace is starting to become extremely loud and we are having it checked. Shingles were in our fireplace just to name a few. As I look closer to at the finish work the craftsmanship is about sub par.
