When I called Artisan Roofing, I was expecting to get an appointment for next year. An inspection was scheduled for the following week, and results discussed immediately upon completion. The roofing process was thoroughly explained and all my questions answered at that time. Terms and conditions were emailed immediately. After giving them the go-ahead, color samples were brought to the site so I could see how they looked with the color of the house. From initial call to project completion was just over a month.

After much research we contacted Artisan Roofing to schedule an initial inspection.

When they arrived, they performed a very thorough inspection of our roof and answered all of our questions and concerns They also scheduled a follow up time to meet with our insurance adjustor at our home. Once the claim was approved, they provided us with numerous color samples to choose from to enhance our home.

Once the work was scheduled, they had all of the material delivered and placed a few days before the install.

The day of the install the crew arrived and were very detailed in making sure all of our landscaping was protected. It was amazing to watch the crew efficiency and detail as they removed the old material and installed the new roof.

When the install was completed, the crew took the time run a large magnet over the whole work area to make sure all of the nails and debris were removed.

We are extremely pleased with the whole process. Artisan Roofing provided outstanding client services from the initial contact to the finished sign off, we could not be more pleased.

We selected Artisan to re-roof our home, shop, gazebo, barn, and horse stalls after a bad hail storm. They did excellent work on time, and kept the job site very clean; I found fewer than 10 nails/screws after the whole job. They are the only crew that I have seen actually install metal roofing that completely sealed all potential openings, even on the corners, and the asphalt shingles on the house look amazing. They did not damage our landscaping or any of our components like satellite receivers. I could not be any happier with their work and highly recommend them!

So the insurance company wanted to just pay for a repair after a recent windstorm when I knew that the entire roof needed to be replaced. Corey came out with my adjuster to make sure that he completed a thorough inspection. Anthony worked with the adjuster on the estimate to make sure that the insurance carrier was providing a whole new roof as well as paying fair market value. They literally provided me the highest quality roof for my deductible! Artisan Roofing gave me a bid to replace my roof. Then the hail storm hit. My roof sustained many hits, and there was a hole in the ridge line. Shingles were damaged/missing. The hail was the size of golf balls to baseballs. There was a lot of damage. I thought it would take forever to find a roofing company that wasn't already booked out for months. Artisan Roofing was here at my house within 2 days to assess the damage. They even made it out before the insurance adjuster. The insurance adjuster came up with an assessment of the damage that was lower than I was expecting. I was disappointed in the amount. Artisan Roofing said they would talk to my insurance company. They ended up getting me thousands of dollars in additional compensation. I didn't have to pay any additional amount because my insurance company covered the cost of replacing both the house and the garage roof, both were damaged. Artisan Roofing replaced my roof very efficiently and quickly. Artisan Roofing removed the old roof and they cleaned up afterwards. They cleaned up everything, all the debris. They brought their own dumpster. They replaced the whole roof with two layers of materials. The top tiles are a beautiful green Owens-Corning shingle. I wasn't even sure this color was available, but Artisan Roofing was able to find it. I'm really happy about dealing with this roofing company. The staff is warm, helpful and friendly. I was very happy with their service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great service and pricing. I was referred to Artisan Roofing by one of my neighbors, who also said he was happy with his new roof.
