They are a little pricey but do quality work.

ASA-MMP Construction Partners were a life saver to me during my recent flood in my home, due to my faulty washing machine. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation and went immediately to work taking care of all the problems caused by water damage. Each team that came in and worked were very friendly, professional and did an amazing job. The water abatement team was fantastic! Did an amazing job. The team that came in to repair all the damages were also fantastic! Both teams were all very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend ASA-MMP Construction Partners to my friends and family.

They did a phenomenal job and are amazing. 2 or 3 other construction companies came out and said they couldn't do it, but when ASA-MMP Construction Partners came out, they had it done immediately.

From the beginning of the water mitigation to speaking with Armond the project manager, they have been professional in every aspect and courteous.

I would recommend ASA-MMP for water damage mitigation and drying services. I would not recommend ASA-MMP for an actual construction or rebuild project. I will be telling my insurance company the same thing. I have been working with the company for over 3 months on a rather small water damage repair in the basement and kitchen. Chaz, my project manager is unorganized and uncommunicative. He asked me for the same information multiple times as he "lost" paperwork I had given him. I did not hear from him unless I initiated communications. When I did hear from him he had no idea what was going on and always had to get back to me when he figured it out.

Would absolutely NOT recommend. Can’t be trusted to keep schedules and appointments or respond to messages.

This was the worst experience with any contractor that I have ever had. I had my basement tested at the end of the mold remediation process and it failed the test! Need I say more?

They were excellent.

I was very satisfied with the finished product. They put up drywall, spackled flawlessly and painted without drips on the carpet. And finally, the carpet was professionally installed, All aspects of the job were done well.

So far, only work on the balcony has been accomplished and that needs re-work.

The outside work was really very good, particularly Milton. Five stars for him and his team. His customer service is fantastic He was a great communicator and cared deeply about doing quality work. I would definitely recommend him. The inside work was average. Attention to detail was average.
